"1 Star Review for IDFC Bank I had taken a loan from IDFC Bank through ET Money, and during repayment, due to a server issue, the amount was deducted twice from my principal bank account. Even after 15 days, the payment has not been updated, and my money has not been refunded. IDFC Bank is not giving any clear response—every time I contact them, they only give excuses instead of resolving the issue. I have visited the branch and emailed customer care multiple times, but still no proper support, no timeline, and no responsibility from their side. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. A bank handling people’s hard-earned money cannot be this careless. I strongly advise everyone NOT to take any loan or service from IDFC Bank, as their processes are unreliable and their support team is completely unresponsive. This kind of behaviour feels fraudulent and extremely disappointing."

"Very very worst experience with Idfc bank Sector 12 Noida, specially with Sachin Chaudhary who assisted me there. I went to take personal loan in the bank, and after getting alll the docs he promised that I will get loan by the end of the same day. After an hour I receiced a call from Sachin Chaudhary where he forcing me to provide another fake addresss becuasue they cannot approve loan on my current address. I provided a address to them and also stated that I don’t live on that address and I don’t have any address proof. Still he was trying to close his sale and suggested me to open a bank account. To open a bank account I talked to his sales manager also and she also confirmed that they can open a account on fake address. They said the executive from the bank will come to my office to open the bank account. This whole drama was going for just rupees 70,000 personal load. But no one visited or called me for the same for next two hours. They were not giving the proper answer and everytime Mr. Sachin Chaudhary was telling that he will let me know in next 2 min. In the end I didn’t get any response from their side. Even the whole team was not able to provide simple answer of yes or no. They wasted my whole day to answer whether I can get the PL or not. Never visit to IDFC bank noida sector 12. Worst and time waste experience…"

"Extremely poor service, I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with IDFC Bank, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. My account was inactivated without any reason. I called customer care and spent one and a half hours, but there was no solution. I will not recommend anyone to open an account with IDFC due to their poor services."
